    "Great hotel near Wall Street."

The hotel is in a great location. 10 minute walk to the Brooklyn bridge or the 9/11 memorial fountains. A 4 minute walk to the subway stop or a 5 minute walk to Pier 17. The restaurant attached serves good food and there are playgrounds near by if you have children. If you are a runner, it was fun to go on the Brooklyn bridge one day and run by the water and batter park the next. I would highly recommend a stay at this hotel.

"Great property near Pace University in lower manhattan"

My son and I stayed at Gild Hall during his recent freshman orientation at Pace University. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. The room and property was very clean. We really liked the property and hope to stay there again.

"The best customer service I've received at a hotel in Manhattan"

Every part of this stay was amazing. First off, Gild Hall is in a very convenient if you are looking to explore lower Manhattan like we were. Eg. Close to Southstreet seaport, Brooklyn bridge, statue of liberty etc... Secondly, it is the customer service that folks like Rob Pechnilbutr gave us when we checked in. He was welcoming, offered us support around the city, and upgraded us to a suite! The kind nature of the Gild Hall team offering my kids chocolate as we checked in will not be forgotten. Thirdly, this hotel is super modern and trendy. Felice on the bottom serves great food. I would definitely come back here again.

    "Excellent"

This hotel met our expectations from the moment we arrived. The staff was outstanding, they went above and beyond to make sure our stay was perfect. We loved the hotel's ambiance and cleanliness. The location was in a quiet section of the financial district and was within walking distance to many local attractions. We originally had booked the hotel for 1 night but needed to extend our stay an additional night. The staff was super accommodating and upgraded us to the penthouse suite which was an amazing suite! I would highly recommend this hotel to my friends and family. This will be our hotel of choice when we go back to visit the city!

    "A Hidden Gem"

Small hotel with BIG service and style. Affiliated with Hyatt, but feels like a small boutique hotel. Interesting decor with a great vibe. The service and friendliness of all associates was over the top. Great value for what you get in NYC. Love the location. Walking distance to Little Italy/Chinatown (25minutes), a ten minute walk to the Oculus and 9/11Memorial, 15 minutes to Battery Park, 5 minutes to Fulton and Seaport. Close to subway stops. Ditch the Midtown madness and relax in FiDi. And they serve Prosecco after 3:00 to guests. Comfy beds and heavenly pillows. They are dog friendly and let you crate your dog in the room unattended. Cheers to this hotel.

    "Wonderful stay"

When I came in everyone was so nice. The people at the front desk talked about us and our stay and seemed to want to get to know me. which is very rare in some cases. The hotel was in excellent condition and was very clean. I wish I would’ve stayed longer

    "Great Hotel"

I was very pleased with Gild Hall. The staff and service were fantastic. The room was clean and comfortable. There is not the best view, but you can't expect that without paying several times the price of this hotel in NYC. Highly recommended. Hope they don't raise the prices in response to favorable ratings, because I'd like to go back!

"Our new favorite place to stay in NYC!"

The hotel is centrally located in the Financial District and an easy walk to all lower Manhattan attractions. The staff members are friendly and accommodating. Each are eager to help with tips on travel, dining, and local attractions. The rooms are clean and comfortable and the in-house Felice Restaurant and Wine Bar are an added bonus.
