  1. Is there a place to park a car?

    We offer a dedicated outdoor covered private car parking next to the residence.

  2. Do you have recreational facilities for children?

    Kids Next Door is a dedicated area for children from 3 years up to 12 years. Our children's area provides a range of activities and fun for all the children, from storytelling and painting to PlayStation. Dedicated child-minders will ensure the comfort and safety of your children whilst in their care. In addition, we also have an outdoor area with a sandpit, slides and swings and for the avid skaters, the skate park for roller-blading / skating.

  3. Do you have a maid's room in the apartment?

    There is no maid's room in any of the apartments except for the penthouses.

  4. Do you have high-speed Internet connectivity available in the apartments?

    A facility is available to provide High Speed Internet connection. This has to be applied for by the resident directly from Etisalat, the local telecommunications provider. There is an administration charge for the connection from Etisalat.

  5. What services do you offer on a 24-hour basis?

    Reception, Room Service and security services are available 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

  6. Do you have a safety-deposit box in the apartment?

    Safety-deposit boxes can be provided in the apartment or you may secure a safety-deposit box with the Hyatt Regency Dubai hotel, located in the same building.

    Local calls are free of charge for the long term tenants. Calls to local mobile phones and international calls as per the rates of the service provider.

  11. How many car parking spaces do you provide?

    We offer one car parking space per apartment. For Four Bedroom Apartments and above, we provide two car parking spaces per apartment. A large public paid car park is also available on the premises.

  12. Is it possible to open the windows in the apartment?

    The windows in the apartment can be only partially opened for safety reasons.

  13. Do you have non-smoking apartments?

    The windows in the apartment can be only partially opened for safety reasons.

  14. Do you have a terrace or veranda?

    There are no balconies in the apartments; however, we do provide a landscaped recreation area for private BBQs and relaxation.

  15. Do the apartments have sea view?

    All the apartments have a sea view.

  16. Do you have a Whirlpool Bath at The Galleria pool area?

    The Whirlpool Bath is located in the spa area of Club Olympus Fitness & Spa.

  17. Can I have additional daily housekeeping services?

    A housekeeping service is provided twice a week. Should you require additional housekeeping services, this can be arranged through our Housekeeping Department for an additional charge, depending on the frequency and level of additional services required.

  18. Is washing of dishes included in the housekeeping service?

    This is not included as part of the twice weekly services offered. However, should you require this service; it can be arranged through our Housekeeping department for an additional fee.

  19. Can we decorate the residence?

    You may paint the walls but this should be done at your own cost. However, we do require the residence to be returned to its original state on departure.

  20. Can we change the furniture in the apartment?

    Regrettably, we cannot remove any furniture items from the apartments.

  21. Do you offer baby cots or extra beds?

    We provide baby cots as required. Any extra bed requirements are chargeable.
