• $5,000 - $24,999 in contracted revenue = 1 perk
• $25,000 - $49,999 in contracted revenue = 2 perks
• $50,000 - $99,999 in contracted revenue = 3 perks
• $100,000 or more in contracted revenue = 4 perks
