Spa Admission
The Spa facilities are available complimentary for our hotel guests and residents. Local guests are welcome to enjoy the facilities with the purchase of a minimum 60 minute massage, facial. Food and beverage is not permitted in the swimming pool.
Our spa amenities include: indoor hydrotherapy area featuring a saltwater lap pool, whirlpool, and co-ed eucalyptus steam room, state-of-the-art fitness center featuring Technogym® cardio equipment, Peloton® bikes, TONAL, fitness MIRROR, BOSU® balance trainers and medicine balls; free weights, and separate men’s and women’s locker rooms with luxurious showers and views of the Manhattan skyline.
Spa Day Passes

Age Policy
Spa treatments are available for guests ages 16 and over. Guests under the age of 16 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. The pool is available for guests ages 16 and over. The fitness center is not available for guests under the age of 16.
Spa Reservations
A valid credit card is required to secure a spa reservation.
Medical & Wellbeing
Please inform us of any medical needs, physical conditions, or ailments that require our attention. For your safety, and the safety of our staff, we strongly discourage alcohol consumption prior to spa treatments, immediate sun exposure following skincare therapy, and shaving before or after exfoliation.
Spa Arrivals
We invite our guests to arrive early to enjoy the spa facilities. Our services begin and end on time, late arrivals may impact the length of your service.
What to Bring
For your comfort and privacy we provide you with a luxurious robe and slippers during your visit. A spa locker will also be provided to store your personal belongings. We regret we are not responsible for loss or damage to personal belongings. Swim suits are required for the pool facilities.
Service Charge
For your convenience an 18% service charge is automatically added to the cost of your service. The service charge is divided among your spa therapist and support staff. Additional gratuity for your spa therapist is at your discretion
Cancellation Policy
Your appointment is reserved exclusively for you. If you need to change or cancel your appointment we require a minimum of 24 hour’s notice or your service will be charged in full.
