Hotel Policies

At Hyatt Place Madison / Verona, we want you to feel at home, which is why your favorite furry friends are also welcome. We allow dogs weighing under 50 pounds or less, and a maximum of two dogs weighing a combined 75 pounds or less, per room. For guests staying up to six nights, there a nonrefundable $75 cleaning fee. For stays exceeding six nights, an additional $100 nonrefundable cleaning fee will occur. If you’re staying longer than 30 nights, please contact the hotel at (608) 497-3223. Please note, all pets must be housebroken.
