Hotel Policies

Minimum Age Restriction: A person of the minimum age requirement must be present at check-in and become a registered guest in the room. Primary Guest must be at least 21 years old to check-in to the Hyatt House Washington DC/The Wharf. ID must be shown at time of check-in. 

Only accepting credit or debit cards with a chip

Parking is $65 per night with in and out privileges /valet only.

Parking garage clearance: 8 feet 2 inches    

Credit Card Authorization Forms will only be accepted up until seven days prior to arrival 

The hotel reserves the right to authorize 1 night room & tax up to 72 hours prior to arrival

Pet Policy

Bring your dog along when you stay at Hyatt House Washington DC / The Wharf. For a fee of $75 for stays of one to six nights, we allow up to two dogs with a combined weight of 75 pounds and under to stay at our hotel. If your trip is anywhere from seven to 30 nights, an additional $100 cleaning fee will be assessed. Please contact us at (734) 995-1234 if you’re planning an extended stay in Washington, D.C.

The National Mall, three blocks from our hotel, allows dogs on leash. Head over there to let your pup roam as you glimpse some of D.C.’s most iconic memorials.
