SAFETY FIRST. WELL-BEING ALWAYS.
Providing safe and clean environments for our guests and colleagues is always a top priority for Hyatt hotels globally – even more so today. We remain committed to upholding the highest standards of cleanliness and want you to feel at ease when you visit Hyatt hotels, knowing you will experience the quality you expect from the Hyatt brand.
The below precautionary and response measures are helping us continue to provide a safe and clean environment:
Comprehensive COVID-19 guidance is in place at Hyatt hotels globally, detailing how to protect against transmission of the virus (including implementing hand sanitizer stations and frequent cleaning of high-touch areas), and procedures in case there is a suspected or confirmed case among our guests or colleagues.
Cross-functional, global response teams, including infectious diseases and occupational health experts, provide guidance to Hyatt hotels and help address specific needs and situations when needed.
We believe in responsible and safe travel while staying vigilant and following the recommended procedures and protocols by the World Health Organization (WHO), U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), and local authorities.
Hyatt hotels continue to welcome business and leisure travelers with our established operational excellence and commitment to care.
Your furry friends are always welcome at Hyatt Place Chantilly/Dulles Airport-South.
We allow dogs weighing 50 pounds or less, and a maximum of two dogs weighing a combined 75 pounds or less per room during your stay.
For guests staying up to six nights, there is a $75 nonrefundable pet fee.
For stays from seven to 30 nights, there is a $75 nonrefundable pet fee plus a $100 cleaning fee.
Fees do not include taxes.
To ensure maximum comfort for all of our guests, following the departure of a guest and their pet, there are certain steps we must take to ensure the suite is clean and free from possible allergens. We deep clean carpets, drapes, bedspreads, and other linens, and fumigate the suite. For this reason, we add the nonrefundable pet/cleaning fee to the account during check-in.
Guidelines for Dog Owners
All dogs must be housebroken. Dogs must be on leashes when in public areas. Pets are not allowed in the food service areas and pool. Your pet must be confined in a carrier if left unattended during the cleaning of your room or you can arrange to be present when your room is serviced.
Minimum Age Policy
Credit Card Policy
A valid credit card must be presented at the time of check-in. The card will be authorized for room, tax and an additional $15 per night for incidentals.
DEBIT CARD USERS: There is a $15 PER NIGHT authorization placed on your card at check in to account for any incidental charges you may incur including but not limited to food & beverage charges. Funds will be held as a ‘charge’ and will be unavailable to you. Any unused authorization is released within 30 business days after check-out, depending on your banking institution.
Hyatt is committed to providing a smoke-free environment.
There is no smoking allowed in the public areas of the hotel or the guestrooms.
The hotel will apply a $250 + tax cleaning fee to any guestroom that violates this non-smoking policy.
We appreciate your consideration for other guests and ask that you report any smoking in the building immediately.
Designated outdoor smoking areas are available. Please visit the Host Stand for details.
The safety, wellness, and wellbeing of our guests and colleagues is our top priority. In an effort to respect our guest’s privacy and ensure their comfort, we have adjusted standard daily guestrooms housekeeping services to provide service every third day during your stay.
Daily housekeeping service can be requested at the hotel during check-in or by calling the Host Stand 24 hours in advance for service the next day.
In an effort to ensure your safety and wellbeing, periodic safety and wellbeing checks will still occur at Hyatt Place Chantilly.
