The 307 sq m (3,305 sq ft) villa, with an additional outdoor space of 112 sq m (1,205 sq ft), a sundeck and an entrance area, offers a master bedroom with a king bed, a second bedroom with twin beds. And a bedroom for a nanny or a butler is located separately from the villa. The villa offers a private pool, spectacular ocean views, a kitchen area with dining table, generous living area and outdoor deckchairs.
