Pet Policy

We are delighted to welcome our guests’ canine companions to our pet-friendly Salt Lake City hotel. In advance of your arrival, please review our hotel policies to help ensure the best possible stay for guests and their four-legged family members.

Pet information card must be filled out at check-in with the front office host.

Canines must always be kept on a leash while on property and are not allowed in any dining areas, including the pool deck, terrace, meeting space, restaurants, and business center.

For pet relief needs, The Rocky Mountain Power Plaza is accessible through the east lobby entrance.

Guest rooms can be prepared for their special canine companion for reservations made 72 hours in advance.

Fees: Non-refundable $150 cleaning fee per stay will be added to guest account at check-in for stays up to 6 days. Non-refundable $300 cleaning fee will be added to guest account at check-in for stays of 7+ days. This fee covers additional cleaning procedures performed by the resort.

Weight Limits: Pet policy applies for all dogs 50 pounds or less and non-aggressive breeds. If there are 2 dogs, a combined weight of 75 pounds is accepted.

Smoking Policy

Smoking is prohibited in any room, patio, or balcony. Smoking is allowed in designated outdoor areas.

Incidentals Hold Policy

During arrival, the hotel will authorize room and tax charges by credit card and require the addition of $75 per night for any incidentals placed on the guest room. These authorizations post on your account as a pending transaction only.

Unused funds are released after departure and are typically available within three to five business days. It is strongly discouraged to use a debit card, as the authorization will place a withdrawal on the account at the time of check in.
