Guidelines for Dog Owners
* 1-6 nights: $75 non-refundable pet fee
* 7-30 nights: $75 non-refundable pet fee plus an additional deep cleaning fee of $100

To ensure maximum comfort for all our guests, following the departure of a guest and their dog after a 7+ night stay, there are certain steps that we must take to ensure the suite is left clean and free from possible allergens. We deep clean carpets, drapes, bedspreads and other linens, and fumigate the suite to remove any fleas etc. The cost of performing this extra cleaning is $100. For this reason, we add a NON-REFUNDABLE cleaning charge to the account when a guest checks-in for 7+ nights with a dog.
The Hyatt Place brand, limits pets to two (2) household dogs per room weighing less than 50 lbs. each, all dogs must be housebroken. We reserve the right to refuse dogs that do not meet customary standards for household dogs, based on species, odor or aggressiveness. Your dog must be confined in a carrier if left unattended during the cleaning of your room or you can make arrangements to be present when your room is serviced. Please note that Hyatt Place Salt Lake City/ Lehi does not allow cats in guestrooms. Any guest in violation of this policy may be subject to additional fees due to damage that may be caused.
Dogs are not allowed in the Public areas, food service areas and pool. We suggest Guest use side or back entrances, and dogs must be on leashes when in public areas.
