Check In Requirements
Cleaning Fees
Guests who leave their guest room in an excessively dirty state that requires additional cleaning above and beyond normal cleaning procedures are subject to a cleaning fee of no less than $150 and no more than $500. While not an all-inclusive list, we may define an excessively dirty room as:
• Evidence of a party i.e. excessive amounts of bottles and cups, outside food cartons, etc.
• Food stains on carpet, flooring, or furniture.
• Confetti, glitter, excessive dirt, or mud on flooring or furniture.
• Bodily fluids not reported to housekeeping prior to departure.
• Large amounts of trash, food waste, or discarded items left around the room.
Situations where damage is also present will be subject to damage charges in addition to cleaning fees.

Disruptions
Our hotel has a quiet hours policy in effect from 10:00PM to 7:00AM. During this time, excessive noise on guest room floors is not permitted. This includes, but is not limited to, loud music or entertainment, shouting, running, propping open of guest room doors, or any other activity that may be disruptive to other guests.
Guests and visitors found to be causing a disruption will be given one courtesy warning. Should the disruption continue, guests and visitors may be subject to eviction.

Firearm Policy
Hyatt recognizes that guests or visitors may legally possess firearms for a variety of legitimate purposes. This policy is intended to create a safe environment for all guests and visitors by providing appropriate guidance over the custody of firearms on our premises.
Hotel premises are private property. Guests or visitors of a Hyatt hotel who are lawfully permitted to possess a firearm may bring such firearm onto hotel premises for storage purposes only. Any guest or visitor who is in possession of a firearm on hotel premises is personally responsible for abiding by all applicable federal, state, and local laws with respect to firearms in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located and for ensuring that the firearm is:
• Unloaded
• Secured in a locked, hard-sided firearm container provided by the guest
• Securely safeguarded at all times in a Hotel Security Department (or personal vehicle), except when transporting the firearm into or out of the hotel
Firearms are not permitted in guestrooms for any reason, including storage.
Guests who fail to abide by this policy may be asked to leave the hotel premises. A blanket exception to the restrictions described in this policy statement applies only to law enforcement officers and designated military personnel who are on duty and required to carry firearms in the performance of their duties. No exemption to this policy is allowed for private persons, even those licensed and permitted to carry a firearm, and/or where applicable, to conceal carry a firearm.
