Check In Requirements
Guests who leave their guest room in an excessively dirty state that requires additional cleaning above and beyond normal cleaning procedures are subject to a cleaning fee of no less than $150 and no more than $500. While not an all-inclusive list, we may define an excessively dirty room as:
• Evidence of a party i.e. excessive amounts of bottles and cups, outside food cartons, etc.
• Food stains on carpet, flooring, or furniture.
• Confetti, glitter, excessive dirt, or mud on flooring or furniture.
• Bodily fluids not reported to housekeeping prior to departure.
• Large amounts of trash, food waste, or discarded items left around the room.
Situations where damage is also present will be subject to damage charges in addition to cleaning fees.
Our hotel has a quiet hours policy in effect from 10:00PM to 7:00AM. During this time, excessive noise on guest room floors is not permitted. This includes, but is not limited to, loud music or entertainment, shouting, running, propping open of guest room doors, or any other activity that may be disruptive to other guests.
Guests and visitors found to be causing a disruption will be given one courtesy warning. Should the disruption continue, guests and visitors may be subject to eviction.

Statement Regarding Service Animals:
Following guidance provided by the U.S. Department of Justice, emotional support animals are not Service Animals as defined by the ADA. As such, emotional support animals will be considered regular pets and are subject to the hotel's no pet policy.
Service Animals are not subject to a room recovery fee for cleaning hair or dander shed by a service animal. However, if a guest's Service Animal causes damages to a guest room, the hotel will charge the same fee for damages as charged to other guests.
FOR THOSE GUESTS UTILIZING THE ‘PRESENTLY OCCUPIED’ SIGN:
At Hyatt, the welfare and safety of our guests and colleagues is a top priority. Hyatt Place Moab may enter every occupied guest room at a minimum of once within a 24-hour period, even if a guest has requested privacy.
Guided by Hyatt’s Culture of Care, we are pleased to announce Express Housekeeping – our evolved housekeeping stayover program for select service properties in the Americas.
Express Housekeeping provides a lighter service, after every 2nd night (every other day), compared to the current full clean after every 3rd night. This program acknowledges the needed evolution for more frequent housekeeping stayover service in today’s business climate. Building on data derived guest insights,Express Housekeeping is the next evolution of Hyatt’s Housekeeping Guest Personal Preferences (HGPP).
The program is grounded in data and designed to address the most critical touch points in the stayover housekeeping experience: removal of trash, replacement of towels, replenishment of toiletries, and tidying the bed. Listening to what matters most to our guests is at the core of our decision-making process. Property teams are to use their discretion for all other in-room Housekeeping touch points beyond Express Housekeeping.
