You can choose from a wide range of banquet menu items and delicious food from live stations designed by our chefs to create an exclusive menu for your celebration. Your choice of corresponding beverages from the bar menu can be served from an open bar, cash bar or as a limited selection to complete the dining experience. Remote-controlled lighting, an electronically controlled screen and state-of-the-art technology is available in the Ballroom and can be used to embody special ideas and surprise guests with a love story slide show or wedding dance accompanied with exquisite lighting.

What can I get if I celebrate my wedding at Hyatt Regency Kyiv?

Hyatt Regency Kyiv has designed two special packages for a wedding celebration and enhanced them with an array of pleasant gifts for the bride and groom. The gifts available include an overnight stay with early arrival and late checkout, your wedding registration book and a dinner for two for your first anniversary.

Can I create my own menu?

We offer a wide variety of wedding menus to suit all tastes and preferences. If our existing plans do not meet your needs, our experienced team will be happy to work with you to fulfil your requests.

Can I taste all the food before the wedding?

A complete tasting of all the selected menu items will be scheduled several weeks prior to your wedding. At that time, we can make any necessary adjustments.

Can food be brought in from the outside?

Our exceptional culinary team caters all events at Hyatt Regency Kyiv. If there are any special requirements, the hotel works with a number of reputable local suppliers.

Can I have an open bar at the wedding?

An open bar is included in the wedding packages, but as an option, you can elect to have a limited selection of wine and beer. Our wedding specialist will advise you of the costs and inclusions for each option.

What are the options for drinks?

Can I get a special room rate for accommodation?

Accommodation for the bride and groom is included in the wedding packages. We offer a preferential room rate to all guests attending the wedding at the hotel.

May I take wedding photographs at Hyatt Regency Kyiv if my wedding is to be held elsewhere?

Once you have booked your wedding at the hotel, you can arrange to have wedding photographs taken in the hotel amid our beautiful surroundings and locations. Otherwise, the Hyatt Regency Kyiv does not provide this service.

May I use outside vendors?

You may use outside vendors for your audiovisual equipment, entertainment programme, dress, flowers, decoration, cards and gifts.
