Hyatt More Meetings Offer

Clients need to book by December 31, 2017 for meetings held by December 31, 2021 at participating full service Hyatt hotels and resorts in Europe. The number of rewards that the planner can choose is based on the number of meetings they book:


• Book two qualifying meetings, select two rewards
• Book three qualifying meetings, select three rewards
• Book four qualifying meetings, select four rewards
• Book five or more qualifying meetings, select five rewards

Planners may choose up to five rewards per meeting based on the number of qualifying meetings held. The World of Hyatt rewards can be customized based on the planner’s needs and can be determined and offered at the discretion of each hotel. These rewards include, but are not limited to:

• One complimentary guestroom room for every 50 paid room nights
• 100,000 World of Hyatt Bonus Points per Meeting and Globalist status for two years
• Upgrade 5% of all booked guestrooms to the next room category, subject to availability
• Complimentary or discounted high-speed internet access in meeting space, based on need
• One Complimentary microphone per day (subject to availability)

Requirements:
Planner must book two or more qualifying large meetings in the same contract, or in separate contracts that are executed within 45 days of the first contract.

A qualifying meeting must consist of a minimum of 100 or more paid peak night guestrooms.

All qualifying meetings must be definite with a signed contract by December 31, 2017 and held before December 31, 2021.

Planner must reference MEETEU when booking.

Citywide bookings, previously booked or held meetings or any other meeting promotion or offer excluded.

Rewards include the following:
25,000 World of Hyatt Bonus Points: If the planner is not currently a World of Hyatt member, they will need to enroll in the program to receive this reward. World of Hyatt reserves the right to revoke World of Hyatt Bonus Points in the event the meeting does not actualize. Planner may still earn additional World of Hyatt points in addition to this promotion as it is combinable with Bonus Points for Meeting and Events.
Up to 5% credit towards Master Bill: The % is at the discretion of the hotel. Percentage to be applied to qualifying charges on the total final pre-tax Master Bill. The credit is applicable to eligible charges paid for on the master account. This includes guestroom, banquet food and beverage (on non-labor costs) and meeting facility charges associated with the event. Other incidental charges incurred at any hotel restaurants, shops and spa that are not stated in the sales contract and applied to the total final Master Bill are not covered by this offer. Qualifying Charges do not include any surcharges, gratuities, hotel fees, taxes or third-party charges by contractors (i.e.: florists, equipment rental, in house A/V company, simultaneous translators, or event/venue decorators etc). Percentage off is to be applied as a credit to the group’s master account prior to final billing.
