Small Dogs Are Welcome

Bring your furry friend along on vacation with you at Secrets Lanzarote Resort & Spa. Our pet-friendly hotel in Puerto Calero welcomes dogs weighing up to 10 kilograms. Enjoy a comfortable stay in our specially equipped rooms, designed to accommodate both you and your four-legged companion. Our offering includes:

Guests may only bring one dog per room or suite.

Dogs must be walked in designated areas only. We regret to inform you that pets are not allowed in the swimming pool, gym, and spa facilities, except for service dogs.

Dogs must be kept on a lead at all times unless they are in the guest’s room.

Please notify reception and hang the ‘Dog Friendly Room’ sign.

Dogs are not permitted on beaches due to local regulations.

Guests are responsible for cleaning up after their pet within the hotel grounds.

Guests are responsible for any damages caused by their pet.

We understand that pets may feel stressed or anxious at times, especially in an unfamiliar environment. We may kindly request your assistance in helping your pet relax to guarantee the safety and comfort of our guests and staff.

Fees and more information

Your furry companion can join you in the comfort of your pet-friendly room for a €50 nightly fee. Do not hesitate to contact us for more information on service dogs.
