Guests can also enjoy Ondas: Vermuteria + Lounge: A media studio space for the digital age, connecting young urban explorers with the vibe of the surrounding city whilst serving all-day small plates, hot and cold snacks, tea, coffee, barrel-aged cocktails, vermouth on-tap, wine and beer.

Hielo Y Carbon
An inviting apartment of curated spaces in which to experience art, fashion and culture whilst sharing eclectic food and drinks.  Featuring a hot charcoal kitchen serving a range of local meats and ceviche at our Crudo Bar. Guests can enjoy an offering of crafted cocktails, regional wines and beers from the Gintoneria.
