The Theatre on the Square officially opened its doors in July 1997. It was dubbed “The life and soul of Sandton” and remains Sandton’s first and only theatre — a popular space that has offered work opportunities to thousands of actors, directors, comedians, musicians and technicians.

With 12 floors and over 22 000 square metres of space available, the Sandton Convention Centre can cater for any type of conference. Intimate rooms seat a minimum of 10 people, while the Pavilion alone seats 4 500 people, making it very versatile.
