Philharmonic Concert Hall
The Philharmonic Hall opened in 1936 and was the third in Russia after Moscow and St. Petersburg. The Hall has great traditions and often sees world-known musicians. The acoustics are fabulous.
The area of the Urals in which Ekaterinburg is situated is renowned for its geology and wealth of minerals, and this is showcased in the Museum of Stone-Cutting and Jewellery Art History, a fifteen-minute walk from the hotel.
This modern cathedral, consecrated in 2003, stands upon the site of the house in which the last Russian tsar, Nicholas II, his wife Alexandra, and their children were executed by Bolsheviks in 1918. The Church is only a ten-minute ride from Hyatt Regency.
