Hotel Policies

Pet Policy

Your furry friends are always welcome at Hyatt Place Philadelphia/King of Prussia.

Weight Limits

We allow dogs weighing 50 pounds or less, and a maximum of two dogs weighing a combined 75 pounds or less per room during your stay.

Fees

• For guests staying up to six nights, there is a $75 nonrefundable pet fee.

• For stays from seven to 30 nights, there is a $75 nonrefundable pet fee plus a $100 cleaning fee.

Fees do not include taxes.

To ensure maximum comfort for all of our guests, following the departure of a guest and their pet, there are certain steps we must take to ensure the suite is clean and free from possible allergens. We deep clean carpets, drapes, bedspreads and other linens, and fumigate the suite. For this reason, we add the nonrefundable pet/cleaning fee to the account during check-in.

Guidelines for Dog Owners

All dogs must be housebroken. Dogs must be on leashes when in public areas. Pets are not allowed in the food service areas and pool. Your pet must be confined in a carrier if left unattended during the cleaning of your room or you can arrange to be present when your room is serviced.

Age Policy

The minimum age to reserve a guestroom is 21 years old. A person of the minimum age requirement must be present at check-in and become a registered guest in the room.

Credit Card

A valid credit card must be presented at the time of check-in. The card will be authorized for room, tax and an additional $100 per stay for incidentals.

DEBIT CARD USERS: There is a $100 PER STAY authorization placed on your card at check in to account for any incidental charges you may incur including but not limited to food & beverage charges. Funds will be held as a ‘pending charge’ and will be unavailable to you. Any unused authorization is released within 7-10 business days after check out, depending on your banking institution.

Smoking Policy

Hyatt is committed to providing a smoke-free environment. There is no smoking allowed in the public areas of the hotel or the guestrooms. The hotel will apply a $200 + tax cleaning fee to any guestroom that violates this non-smoking policy. We appreciate your consideration for other guests and ask that you report any smoking in the building immediately. Designated outdoor smoking areas are available. Please visit the Host Stand for details.

Housekeeping Policy

Guided by Hyatt’s Culture of Care, we are pleased to announce Express Housekeeping – our evolved Housekeeping stayover program for select service properties in the Americas.

Express Housekeeping provides a lighter service, after every 2nd night (every other day), compared to the current full clean after every 3rd night. This program acknowledges the needed evolution for more frequent Housekeeping stayover service in today’s business climate. Building on data derived guest insights, Express Housekeeping is the next evolution of Hyatt’s Housekeeping Guest Personal Preferences (HGPP).

The program is grounded in data and designed to address the most critical touch points in the stayover Housekeeping experience: removal of trash, replacement of towels, replenishment of toiletries, and tidying the bed. Listening to what matters most to our guests is at the core of our decision-making process. Property teams are to use their discretion for all other in-room Housekeeping touch points beyond Express Housekeeping.

Noise Policy

Quiet hours are from 10pm-6am. Disruption may result in eviction of all non-registered guests from the room and eviction of registered guests if noise persists.

Early Check-In / Late Check-Out

In accordance with our hotel policy, guests may incur a $50 early check-in fee prior to 12pm, subject to availability, and for late checkout until 5pm, a ½ day standard rate fee will be applied; however, any checkout occurring after 5pm will be subject to a full standard rate fee charge.
