Can I create my own menu?
Yes. Our food and beverage experts are happy to create a menu that reflects your wishes. Our dedicated team will work with you to fulfill your requests.
Can I taste the food before the wedding?
Of course. You will have the opportunity to meet our Chef when presented with a sample plate. At that point, both the Chef and your Catering Coordinator can make menu suggestions to suit your palate.
How long will my reception last?
Generally, a wedding reception is planned for five hours. You can extend the time if desired. Your wedding specialist will advise any additional costs for the extra time.
Can I have an open bar at the wedding?
Yes. You can elect to have an open bar with a limited selection of beer and wine, or a cash bar. Our expert wedding specialist will advise you on the costs and inclusions for each of it.
Do you have suggested vendors for flowers, music, photography, etc.?
Yes. we regularly work with several vendors to help you create a custom event of your choice. We will be happy to give you contact information.
Can I host a morning-after brunch or a rehearsal dinner at the hotel?
Certainly, we have several locations that would be appropriate for these occasions.
Can my guests have late check-out the morning after the wedding?
We will try and accommodate your guests' requests. However, this will depend upon the hotel's overall occupancy on the day in question.
Can I deocrate the reception room?
Generally, yes. There will be certain limitations in some rooms, which your wedding specialist can review with you. Let us give you the best ideas and suggestions that have worked successfully.
Can I bring in my own outside ethnic caterer?
Yes. A hotel-approved caterer can provide facilities and services to your guests.
Do you accommodate small affairs?
Yes. Small receptions are our specialty, and we offer a wide selection of unique locations. How about Poolside, or a Garden Lawn Wedding, in addition to our appropriately sized banquet rooms.
