Pricing and Guarantees

All food and beverage charges listed with the Hyatt Regency Long Island wedding package are subject to current taxes and service charges. A 25% non-refundable deposit is required with the signed contract. Your final balance is due ten business days prior to your wedding.

A final number of guests is required three business days prior to your event. This number is your guarantee and may not be lowered. The hotel will prepare meals for 3% over the guaranteed count. Final charges are based on your guarantee or actual attendance, whichever is greater.


Pet Policy

This hotel does not allow pets, with the exception of service animals.
