Pet Policy
At the Hyatt Place New York City/ Times Square, we are happy to roll out the welcome mat for your furry companions. We happily accommodate one 50 lb dog per room. Please note there is a $75 nonrefundable pet fee per stay.
Minimum Age Policy
The minimum age to reserve a guestroom is 21 years old. A person of the minimum age requirement must be present at check-in and become a registered guest in the room.
Credit Card Policy
A valid credit card must be presented at the time of check-in. It will be authorized for $100 per night for incidentals. Please note that this hotel only accepts credit cards, debit cards and, where applicable, other contactless forms of payment. It is a cash-free environment.
