Our unforgettable rooftop bar with views of the Empire State Building and Midtown Manhattan’s skyline, Bar Cima is a sophisticated tequila and mezcal lounge located on the 28th floor. Developed by Apicii in collaboration with Master Mezcalier, Courtenay Greenleaf, the Bar Cima restaurant is inspired by extensive travels across Mexico and personal relationships with mezcaleros throughout the region.
