Hotel Policies

Your furry friends are always welcome at Hyatt Place Mt. Laurel. For guests staying up to six nights, a $75 nonrefundable pet fee will be added; for stays from seven to 30 nights, a $75 nonrefundable pet fee will be added, plus a $100 cleaning fee. Fees do not include taxes. Staying longer than 30 nights? Please contact the hotel directly at (856) 840-0770. We allow dogs weighing 50 pounds or less, and a maximum of two dogs weighing a combined 75 pounds or less per room during your stay. All dogs must be housebroken.

There is no smoking allowed in the public areas of the hotel. Designated smoking areas are located outside of the hotel entrance and at a designated smoking station in the rear of the hotel. The hotel will apply a $200 cleaning fee to any guest room that violates this non-smoking policy.
