Rox Restaurant at Hyatt Regency Kathmandu is promoting surf and turf dishes from 14 to 28 January for dinner only between 6:00 PM and 10:00 PM. The food promotion is a celebration of the extravagance of the food offerings of land and sea. Executive Chef Debarya Chkraborty along with his culinary team has prepared innovative specialties for the promotion with offerings like trout and pork belly served with spinach and seasonal vegetables, lamb shank, buhari fillet served with mushrooms and cocktail onions, Himalayan whole trout and pork belly, risotto rice served with calamari, shrimps, bacon cream, parmesan cheese and green peas to name only a few.

Enjoy a splendid Barbecue buffet every Friday by the poolside, along with live music. The buffet features a wide array of salads, and Teppanyaki Style barbecue, ranging from Herb Garlic Tenderloin Steak to Shrimp Kebabs, Orange & Dill scented Fish Fillet, Honey Soya Pork and Cajun Spiced Sausages, just to name a few delicious choices. Or have your pick of Angara Chicken Tikka, Lamb Shish Kebab and Zafrani Til Paneer grilled over an open flame. Japanese Yakitori is also a highlight of the Barbecue buffet every Friday, served with Teriyaki sauce and Wasabi mayonnaise.
