In accordance with the recent update of the Office of the Governor’s Second Amended Executive Order 2020-04, Hyatt Regency Saipan’s dine in restaurants and bars are closed until further notice.

Kili Café & Terrace will continue to serve your favorite Hyatt meals for take-out only.

The safety and wellbeing of our guests and colleagues is always a top priority. 

In light of precautionary measures relating to COVID-19 and as mandated by the CNMI Office of the Governor, all hotel services (except Dj's Corner) will be temporarily closed until further notice. 

In-house guests are to contact Front Desk for more information regarding in-house services. Guests with upcoming reservations are urged to contact the reservations team via spnrs-reservations@hyatt.com or +1 (670) 234-1234 regarding important arrival information and the limited services available to in-house guests. 

The following hotel services and facilities have been temporarily suspended until further notice: 

  • All hotel restaurants and bars
  • Regency Club Lounge
  • Isagua Spa
  • The Club Elan spa, sauna, locker rooms
