Kili Café & Terrace serves local and international dishes, and the café gives you two options to enjoy your meals- get a table either inside or outside overlooking the tropical gardens. The breakfast buffet has an array of Asian and international dishes, along with pastries, breads and roll that are freshly  baked and an egg station. Dinner time highlights a buffet of meat and seafood local barbecue style cooking where you can immerse yourself and capture the taste of the Marianas.

The Sunday Brunch is popular among in-house guests and local residents. You can opt to reserve a table at Kili Café & Terrace or at Giovanni’s as both restaurants welcomes brunch goers.

Every Tuesday night, Ora di Cena is on deck with a 4-course Italian dinner experience. Ora di Cena in English means ‘it is dinnertime’ and is bound to give you the finest gastronomic dishes from all over Italy starting with hors’ d’oeuvres, appetizer, main dish and dessert. Your servers will be ready to give you wine-pairing recommendations.

For Friday lunch, it is an all-you-can-eat buffet that is true to executive chef Matteo Fracalossi’s Italian roots. The menu includes antipasti or appetizers, a create-your-own salad option, a chef’s signature soup, fresh homemade bread and pizza. Giovanni’s serves three different pasta dishes and a carving station devoted to meat cooked in a way that is so tender that you will go back for more. For sweet lovers, a delectable dessert spread has as staples the dolci tiramisu and the classic Hyatt Regency signature cheesecake to name a few.

Sunday Brunch at Giovanni’s is a go-to by local residents for generations and equally enjoyed by in-house guests. The delicious food choices spread from waffles, crepes, pancakes, bacon, sausages to Chamorro, Japanese, Italian and American dishes. Unlimited sparkling wine is served as well.

Catch the Marianas sunset while sipping your favorite cocktail turn into different hues of blue, yellow, pink, red orange before the sun goes down. Meet our friendly bartenders and try the Må’te hour drink specials. Flavorful charcoal barbecue dishes served hot and fresh are available.

Experience dishes such as Saipan sweet shrimp with wasabi ceviche, tiger prawns in a soy butter or our special fried rice with king crab and tomato all prepared on the teppanyaki grill.

Select from set menus featuring certified Angus beef rib-eye with strawberry fina deni, and Maine lobster with homard caviar sauce, or choose from the à la carte menu which offers delicious signature dishes such as Australian lamb cutlets, potato rosti and Arabic remoulade.
