Offer is valid for contracted new bookings of qualifying events at participating Hyatt hotels and resorts worldwide. Event must be booked and held by December 31, 2022. Offer code GATHR must be requested at time of booking to qualify. Offer is subject to hotel participation, availability of function space, and availability of guestrooms. Offer not valid in conjunction with previously booked or held events and may not be combined with other promotional offers. Rescheduling flexibility will be documented in the contract for the event.

Membership is free and enrollment is available at worldofhyatt.com or at a participating hotel. World of Hyatt reserves the right to rescind World of Hyatt Bonus Points, in whole or in part, in the event the event does not actualize. The number of World of Hyatt Bonus Points awarded is based on the estimated spend at time of contract (pre-tax and hotels fees) for the event. Points may be earned for eligible catering/banqueting charges incurred, exclusive of any taxes, gratuities, service charges and outside vendor/supplier charges. Bonus points to be issued to member account 30 days prior to the event. Earn up to a maximum amount of 150,000 World of Hyatt Bonus Points.     Up to 10% of event spend credited towards Hotel Master Bill: The percentage discount is at the discretion of the hotel. Percentage to be applied to qualifying charges on the total final pre-tax Master Hotel Bill. The credit is applicable to eligible charges paid for on the master account. This includes guestroom, banquet food and beverage (on non-labor costs) and event facility charges associated with the event. Other incidental charges incurred at any hotel restaurants, shops and spa that are not stated in the sales contract and applied to the total final Master Bill are not covered by this offer.     Up to 10% of event spend credited towards an Incremental Value Enhancement: Applicable towards complimentary guestroom or upgrades and food or beverage enhancements. The percentage of qualifying event spend which issues as a credit is at the discretion of the hotel. Credit value to be applied to qualifying enhancements of the applicable event. Qualifying charges do not include any surcharges, gratuities, hotel fees, taxes or third-party charges by contractors (i.e.: florists, equipment rental, in house A/V company, simultaneous translators, or event/venue decorators etc.). Bookings by qualifying third parties, at a commissionable rate, are eligible for the offer. Applicable commission payments will be based on the group’s net room revenue less any applicable master account credits applied in conjunction with this promotion. Based on need, expectations, and availability. Final terms to be decided by the hotel in its sole discretion.
