Resort and Swimming Pool

From July 1 and until further notice, the resort will be operating at 50% occupancy and access will be limited based on this capacity. This is to ensure the safety of everyone and to continue adhering to Executive Order 2020-20.

In-house guests and Club O members will be prioritized and if capacity is not reached, those wishing to access the facilities using a day pass will be able to do so. Passes are only available for purchase on the day of use. We highly recommend day-use resort guests consider visiting on a weekday as it is likely that our resort facilities will be less busy compared to weekends

PHR Club members may use resort vouchers to access the hotel's pool on weekdays only.

These precautionary measures are in line with Hyatt’s commitment to Caring for Your Wellbeing.
