SUSTAINABLE SEAFOOD AT AL DENTE

Italy is known for its long, sun-kissed coastline, therefore lending itself to seafood playing a prominent role in Italian cuisine. Chef Mirko pays homage to his early culinary years on the Amalfi Coast by creating a "Frutti di Mare" (Fruits of the Sea) menu, with a sustainable twist. Organic wines will be offered alongside a seafood menu utilizing only certified sustainable seafood. Lobster tortellini in a creamy saffron sauce, snow crab pizza atop a rich squid ink dough, are available along with our menu staple the sustainable Cobia fish.
