Guidelines for Dog Owners

• 1-6 nights: the fee is $100+VAT, per room per night.
• 7-30 nights: the fee is $100+VAT per room per night plus an additional deep cleaning fee of $50+VAT.
• 30+ nights: fee is based on hotel’s discretion.

To ensure maximum comfort for all of our guests, following the departure of a guest and their pet after a 7-30 night stay, there are certain steps that we must take to ensure the room is left clean and free from possible allergens. We deep clean floor, drapes, bedspreads and other linens, and fumigate the room to remove any fleas etc. The cost of performing this extra cleaning is approximately $50+VAT. For this reason, we add a NON-REFUNDABLE cleaning charge to the account when a guest checks-in for 7-30 nights with a pet. Numu Boutique Hotel, limits pets to two (2) household dogs with a combined weight not to exceed 75 pounds. Dogs must be housebroken. We reserve the right to refuse dogs that do not meet customary standards for household dogs, based on species, odor or aggressiveness. Your pet must be confined in a carrier if left unattended during the cleaning of your room or you can make arrangements to be present when your room is serviced. It is mandatory that all guest rooms with pets are serviced by a hotel team member at a minimum every three (3) days. Pets are not allowed in the Public areas, food service areas and pool. We suggest guest use side or back entrances, and dogs must be on leashes when outside of the room. Hang the pet door hanger on your guestroom door throughout your stay.
