In light of the current COVID-19 situation, we are taking appropriate measures to ensure that you always feel safe and comfortable with us. Here are some of those steps:



À la carte food and beverage service

Rearrangement of tables and chairs to ensure a minimum of 1.5 meters between tables, with a maximum of four people per table

Cleaning and disinfecting of high-touch areas such as self-service machines, tables, chairs, and other furniture

Adaptation of menus with a QR code that guests can scan


Fitness Center

Temporarily closed to comply with local government regulations


Regency Club® Lounge

Service temporarily suspended; breakfast is available at Rulfo, and evening cocktails and nonalcoholic beverages are available at Amado Market



Private transport available from/to the airport and within Mexico City.
