Sanitary local restrictions
November 2020

In light of COVID-19, the Government of Jalisco has implemented sanitary restrictions, so service hours have been reduced in restaurants and recreational areas until November 13th.

Andares Restaurant, Pool, Fitness Center and Meeting Rooms,

they will assist you from:

* Monday to Friday from 06:00 to 19:00 hrs.

* Closed from Friday at 7:00 p.m. to Monday at 6:00 a.m.

* Room Service available 24 hours.


Andares Shopping Center, department stores and recreation centers and transport platforms (uber) will have the same hours:

* Monday to Friday from 06:00 to 19:00. Out of service on weekends.

* Taxi service is still available 24 hours.

The only services that continue to function normally are

pharmacies and medical services.

We suggest you take precautions. We appreciate your understanding.

World Travel & Tourism Council Stamp

The World Travel and Tourism Council (WTTC) awarded Jalisco the Travel Safety Stamp for meeting world-class hygiene and sanitation standards at its facilities.

The Travel Safety Stamp is delivered to destinations that fully comply with the cleaning protocols issued by the WTTC, based on the standards of the World Health Organization (WHO) and the Centers for Disease Prevention (CDC).

TripAdvisor grants the Certificate of Excellence to hotels that constantly receive excellent opinions from travelers.

The World Travel and Tourism Council (WTTC) granted the SafeTravels seal to the Guadalajara International Airport.

After the compliance with the recommended protocols and the actions implemented by the airport to give security and confidence to passengers who transit during the Covid-19 situation were reviewed, the WTTC granted the SafeTravels seal, a quality mark in the application. of processes against the spread of the virus, the Pacific Airport Group (GAP) reported in a statement.


The international protocols that have been complied with to operate in the new normality, are divided into four areas: Operational and personnel preparation, guarantee of a safe experience, regain trust and credibility, and implement empowerment policies.

AAA 4 Diamonds

The American Automobile Association - AAA is a nonprofit organization that besides offering automobile services to it’s associates, provides touristic information such as maps, tourist guides and recommendations on what they consider to be the best hotels and restaurants from the USA, Canada, México and the Caribbean. Each year they elaborate a new list of places where in 2019 Hyatt Regency Andares Guadalajara was granted with the 4 diamond category. This is the second time in a row that the hotel is honored with this award.

Diamond Award - 4 Diamonds AAA. Establishments with four diamonds offer refined luxury accommodation, with a high degree of hospitality assistance, services and attention to details.

Hyatt Regency Andares wins at Noldi Schreck 2018


November 2018

At the 2018 Noldi Schreck awards organized by the Mexican Glocal Design Magazine, which highlights best practices in Mexican architecture, SMA stood out with three projects winning prizes.

Hyatt Regency Andares won first place in the Hotel Gran Turismo category, Corporativo Andares took third place in the Corporate Architecture category and the interior design of the GM Offices in Mexico was awarded third place in the Corporate Interiors category.

The jury for the Noldi Schreck Awards 2018 was formed by: Armando Carranco, Beata Nowicka (director of Nowicka Studio), Carlos Pascal (partner at Pascal Arquitectos), Carmen Cordera (CEO of Galería Mexicana de Diseño), Homero Hernández (director of Architecture, Design and Communication at Universidad La Salle) and Juan Manuel Lemus (director of Lemus Arquitectos).
