New safety guidelines and procedures

Providing a safe and healthy environment for our guests and colleagues is always a top priority for Hyatt Regency Bethesda – even more so today. In an effort to ensure a healthy environment and in accordance with the state’s orders, we have implemented additional hygiene and safety measures throughout the property. Below is a list of the hotel’s updated safety procedures as well as the modifications that have been made to amenities and activities.

Upon reopening the following modified services will be in place :

• Bell & Valet Service not available.
• Self-parking only
• Limited standard guest room amenities
• Daily housekeeping suspended - Stayover service will be upon guest request
• News Papers not available
• 2 guest limit per elevator
• Distancing measures at the Front Desk

Pet-friendly Policy

Hyatt Regency Bethesda is a pet-friendly hotel for pets under 45 lbs, so feel free to bring your furry friend along on your next visit! We just ask you to review our pet policy and guidelines below:

Our one-time pet fee is $60

Housekeeping will inspect room upon guest departure to ensure room will not need to incur additional fees for pet damage

Pet Waiver Information

Guests must agree to following conditions while staying at Hyatt Regency Bethesda with their pet:

Guest is responsible for cleaning up after pet while on property

Pets are not allowed in the Food and Beverage outlets, unless it is a guide pet

Guest must be present in the room & pet must be caged when requesting Housekeeping Service, Engineering requests or In-Room Dining orders

Guest is responsible for any noise disruptions pet may cause during stay

Pet must be up to date with all vaccinations

Should any damages occur, guest must pay a damage fee of $250

Guest is responsible for any liability by staff or invitee of the hotel as a result of pet
