  • Assurance of food safety through our HACCP certification, a globally recognized and independently audited food safety management system
  • Recording of guests’ Contact Tracing details required and mandated by the Malaysian Ministry of Health that are also in accordance to Hyatt’s Privacy Policy
  • Temperature checks upon arrival 
  • Usage of digital menus
  • Sanitization of tables, chairs, condiment holders and menus before seating guests
  • Placement of cutlery inside napkins
  • Use of mask and gloves by all associates when preparing meals, plating dishes and serving guests
  • No buffets will be served until further notice 
  • Sanitizers are available for the safety and convenience of our guests

Resort Fee Policy

Rates quoted are subject to 6% service tax. From now until 30 June 2021, 6% service tax will be exempted. Beginning 1 July 2020, Tourism Tax of MYR 10 flat rate per room, per night that is imposed on all foreign guest will be exempted.
