  • 2017 ISO 9001 Quality Safety Management System: Implementation of a comprehensive food safety management system
  • 2017 Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point (HACCP) Certification: Assurance of food safety through our HACCP certification, a globally recognized and independently audited food safety management system
  • 2017 ISO 22000 Food Safety Management System: Assurance of food safety through our ISO 22000 certification, a comprehensive and independently audited food safety management system
  • Sanitization of tables, chairs, condiment holders and menus before seating guests
  • Placement of cutlery inside napkins
  • Use of mask and gloves by all associates when preparing meals and plating dishes
  • Alcohol wipes for guests’ use
  • Digital Menu and QR Code scan is available
  • Guests are required to present MySejahtera profile with low risk status, proof of vaccination status, and digital vaccination certificate upon arrival, as mandated by the Malaysian Government
  • Temperature check and contact tracing through MySejahtera as mandated by the Malaysian Government and in accordance to Hyatt’s Privacy Policy

  • Sanitization of counter and table surfaces
  • Sanitization of pens after every guest use
  • Mandatory masks for our front desk associates
  • Hand sanitizing gels for guests’ use
  • Guests are required to present MySejahtera profile with low risk status, proof of vaccination status, and digital vaccination certificate upon arrival, as mandated by the Malaysian Government 
  • Temperature check and contact tracing through MySejahtera as mandated by the Malaysian Government and in accordance to Hyatt’s Privacy Policy
