Regular check-in and check-out time is set as 3 PM and 12 PM respectively, and guests must be 21 years or older with photo identification to check-in and check-out at Hyatt House Kuala Lumpur, Mont'Kiara.

Caring for your Wellbeing

The safety and wellbeing of our guests is our top priority. In response to COVID-19, we have introduced enhanced measures for guests’ safety and peace of mind as guided by the Ministry of Health Malaysia. They include:

  • Sanitization of high-touch areas using a high-grade disinfectant
  • All cutlery & silverware in guests rooms have also been cleaned and sanitized
  • Increased frequency of cleaning air filters
  • Alcohol wipes provided in your amenities
  • Complimentary hand sanitizers by calling the front desk 
  • Housekeeping cloths for room cleaning are separated to ensure no cross contamination and that the right cloths are used for the right surfaces
  • All housekeeping room attendants wear face masks and gloves while cleaning the guest rooms, as a preventive measure.

  • Implementation of a comprehensive food safety management system
  • Sanitization of tables, chairs, condiment holders and menus before seating guests
  • Placement of cutlery inside napkins
  • Use of mask and gloves by all associates when preparing meals and plating dishes

  • All kitchen and restaurant staff wear facemasks and gloves while preparing and handling food, as a preventive measure.

Additional Measures

  • Social distancing practices are implemented in all guest and associate areas.
  • The health of associates are monitored and those unwell will be advised to seek immediate medical assistance.
  • Hyatt Hygiene Training is conducted for all associates with an emphasis on self-care.
  • Hourly sanitization of all staff areas including staff lockers and rest areas.
  • Requiring all third party contractors and vendors wear face masks when entering the hotel.
  • Temperature checks for every staff, visitor, vendor and contractor entering the hotel. Those with a fever temperature are not allowed to enter the hotel.
  • All front office associates wear either facemasks or face shields when communicating with guests.
  • High touch areas within a guest room are additionally sanitized and disinfected during the room cleaning process.

Additional Measures Part 2 Covid-19

  • Body temperature checks are being conducted on all visitors and guests to the Hotel prior to entry, as a preventive measure. Those with a fever temperature are not allowed to enter the hotel.
  • Limiting public and visitor access to the hotel via selected controlled doors only.
  • Mandatory sanitization of hands prior to entry to hotel for all staff, guests, visitor, contractors and vendors.
  • All staff facilities have been set up to ensure social distancing occurs, and this includes offices and staff cafeteria.
  • For precautionary measures, hand sanitizers for guest usage have been placed at the Lobby, Restaurants, and all guest room floors, guest facilities floors at level 36 and level 37 and the gym. We are also routinely cleaning and disinfecting public area surfaces every 2 hours, including thorough disinfecting of restrooms in public spaces.  As an added precaution, we also check with guests on their health and well-being during the check in/registration process.
These precautionary measures are in line with Hyatt’s commitment to Caring for Your Wellbeing.
 
 

Pet Policy

Pets are welcomed residents, just like you. We know we’ll love your furry friends just as much as you do, just refrain from bringing them into the Commons or food services areas. Please note, dogs are excluded from our pet-policy and not permitted on hotel premises.

Smoking Policy

Rooms are all Smoke Free and charges will apply for smoking in room.

Parking

The indoor car park is not managed nor owned by the Hyatt House Kuala Lumpur, Mont’Kiara. The official parking rate is MYR 2.00 / hour without a cap limit. The hotel provides validation of parking cards with a flat fee of MYR 10.00 nett / one time entry / one time exit. Learn more about parking and transportation options here.
