  • Assurance of food safety through our ISO 22000 certification – a comprehensive and independently audited food safety management system
  • Sanitization of tables, chairs, condiment holders and menus before seating guests
  • Placement of cutlery inside napkins
  • Alcohol wipes for guests’ use
  • Use of gloves by all associates when preparing meals and plating dishes
  • Service protocols modified to reduce contact
  • Seating capacity reduced to observe physical distancing guidelines

Hotel Fee Policy

Rates quoted are subject to 6% Sales and Service Tax (SST). From now until December 31, 2022, tourism tax of MYR 10.00 flat rate per room imposed on all foreign guests will be exempted as mandated by the Government of Malaysia.

Pet Policy
