The safety and wellbeing of our guests is our top priority. In response to COVID-19, we have introduced enhanced measures for hotel guests’ safety, cleanliness and peace of mind. They include:

Dining Outlets

Guests must be identified with “Low Risk” status on MySejahtera app and have completed vaccination to be allowed entry. This would include fulfilment of the timeline below from the date of being fully vaccinated:

  • 14 days after the second dose for Pfizer / AstraZeneca / Sinovac vaccine
  • 28 days after the single dose for Johnson & Johnson / CanSino vaccine
  • Digital vaccination certificate will be required for hotel’s verification. Children aged 17 and below are allowed for dine-ins only in the company of individuals who have been fully vaccinated as per conditions above.
  • Body temperature check and contact tracing via Mysejahtera app check-in
  • Assurance of food safety through our ISO 22000 certification – a comprehensive and independently audited food safety management system
  • Sanitization of tables, chairs, condiment holders and menus before seating guests
  • Placement of cutlery inside napkins
  • Alcohol wipes for guests’ use
  • Use of masks and gloves by all associates when preparing meals and plating dishes
  • Service protocols modified to reduce contact

Check-in

Digital vaccination certificate or official authorized travelling documents will be required for hotel’s verification upon check-in. Guests are advised to be up to date with the latest government regulations when travelling.

  • Disinfection of key cards
  • Sanitization of counters and table surfaces
  • Sanitization of pens after every guest’s use
  • Mandatory use of masks by all front desk associates
  • Automated hand sanitizers for guests’ use

Hotel Fee Policy

From July 1, 2021 onwards, rates quoted for food and beverages are subject to 6% Sales and Service Tax (SST) and 10% service charge. For room accommodation, rates quoted are subject to 10% service charge only as 6% Sales and Service Tax (SST) and Tourism Tax remain exempted from now until December 31, 2021.

Pet Policy
