  • Assurance of food safety through our ISO 22000 certification, a comprehensive and independently audited food safety management system
  • Sanitization of tables, chairs, condiment holders and menus before seating guests
  • Placement of cutlery inside napkins
  • Use of mask and gloves by all associates when preparing meals and plating dishes
  • Alcohol wipes for guests’ use
  • Service protocols were modified to reduce contact

Hotel Fee Policy

Rates quoted are subject to 10% service charge. From now until June 30, 2021, 6% Sales and Service Tax (SST) and Tourism Tax will be exempted in accordance with the Short-Term Economic Recovery Plan announced by the Government of Malaysia on June 5, 2020.

 

Pet Policy
