Hyatt Regency Bishkek is home to a collection of the most stylish and appetising bars and restaurants in Bishkek. Our naturally lit conservatory restaurant, Crostini, serves a wealth of delicious Mediterranean fare whilst Breeze, our informal outdoors Bishkek restaurant that opens during the warmer months, is a convivial spot to dine upon mouthwatering specialities from our barbecue. Complemented by our bars, the chic Opera Lounge and the atmospheric Bar@191, it’s easy to see why our Bishkek restaurants are two of the most popular in the city.

The Mediterranean Bishkek restaurant serves breakfast, lunch, and dinner, and features an open show kitchen and traditional wood-burning oven. Diners enjoy a light environment, with natural daylight flooding through from the large conservatory.

Daily: 7:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m.

This open-air Bishkek restaurant is open from May through October, weather permitting, and serves a variety of barbecued dishes in the relaxed and informal surroundings of the pool and gardens. It is also available for private functions.
Bar@191 is a special place where you can connect with those who matter to you, hold business meetings, celebrate b-day or corporate parties. The Silk route concept of the bar will take you on a travel around through Italy, Turkey, Iran, Armenia, Turkmenistan, Uzbekistan, Kyrgyzstan and China.

Daily: 6:30 p.m. to 2:00 a.m.
