Pets are not allowed at Hyatt Regency Al Kout Mall

Children Policy

Accommodation:

Children under the age of 12 stay for free in the room of their parents

Food and Beverage

Breakfast for children up to six years old is free. Breakfast price for children between 6 and 12 years is 50% of the breakfast rate.

Fitness Center

Children under the age of 16 are allowed to access under the supervision of their parents.

Face Masks or Coverings
In the light of the current circumstances and in an attempt to control the spread of the Pandemic, following the recommended precautionary measures and guidelines from the Ministry of Health of Kuwait, and various health organizations including the World Health Organization (WHO) and  Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), Hyatt Regency Al Kout Mall has implemented the mandatory need for face masks to be worn in common guest areas, at all time. .

 

Frequent Sanitization
Please sanitize your hands frequently. For your convenience, we have prominently placed hand sanitizing stations throughout hotel public areas and at each entrance point.

 

Physical Distancing
Please follow our physical distancing guidelines in the common guest areas.

 

Temperature & Wellbeing Checks
We are conducting guest temperature checks, based on the requirements by the Ministry of Health, at the hotel's main entrance, restaurant entrance, and at the gym and spa entrance.

 

Knock & Go Room Service
To promote safety for our guests and colleagues, all room service orders will be delivered to the door, unless otherwise indicated by the hotel. To minimize contact, our colleagues will knock on your door or ring your doorbell to notify you upon the delivery of your order.

 

Food Safety Protocols
Our teams are implementing precautionary measures starting with food preparation, to set-up and service, and enhancing food safety and hygiene protocols for restaurants, room service, and group meetings and events. We are frequently disinfecting kitchen surfaces, and colleagues are wearing appropriate personal protective equipment while preparing and plating made-to-order dishes.
