Caring for Your Wellbeing at Park Hyatt Tokyo

The safety and wellbeing of our guests is our top priority. In response to COVID-19, we have introduced enhanced measures for guests’ safety and peace of mind. They include:

Sanitization of high-touch areas using a high-grade disinfectant

Increased frequency of cleaning air filters

Alcohol wipes provided in your amenities

Daily monitoring of chlorine levels

Dress Code

We kindly request that all guests refrain from wearing the following garments when patronizing the hotel’s restaurants, lounge and bars:

Dress shorts (restricted after 5 p.m.); Beach sandals; Male sportswear such as training jerseys, tank tops or other sleeveless garments

Girandole, The Peak Lounge & Bar

Skateboards and Hoverboards

The usage of skateboards, kick-scooters, hoverboards, or any other similar equipment is not permitted in the hotel. No electronic skateboards such as hoverboards are allowed in the hotel.

Taking Photographic Mementos

We kindly ask that guests taking photographic mementos while using the hotel’s bars and restaurants give due consideration to the privacy and comfort of other patrons. In the interest of ensuring the enjoyment and privacy of other guests, please understand that hotel staff may on occasion approach you regarding the use of cameras and/or other recording equipment.
