The safety and wellbeing of our guests is our top priority. In response to COVID-19,

we have introduced enhanced measures for guests’ safety and peace of mind. They include:

Following medical expert guidance to help reduce the spread of COVID-19,

face masks or coverings are required in hotel indoor public areas and when moving around in outdoor areas at all Hyatt hotels globally,

with some exceptions, based on local laws or guidance. For specific requirements,

Smoking Policy

In response to an increased demand of non-smoking service by domestic and international guests alike,

smoking in all restaurants and bar, guestrooms and public area is prohibited at Park Hyatt Kyoto.

We have a designated place on the basement floor where our guests can smoke.

Thank you very much for your cooperation and understanding.

 

 

 

Pet Policy

Park Hyatt Kyoto does not allow pets, with the exception of service animals.

We kindly request that all guests refrain from wearing garments such as training jerseys, beach sandals, etc. when patronizing the hotel’s restaurants, bars and lounge. :

We kindly ask that guests taking photographic mementos while using the hotel’s bars and restaurants give due consideration to the privacy and comfort of other patrons.
