The safety and wellbeing of our guests is our top priority. In response to COVID-19, we have introduced enhanced measures for guests' safety and peace of mind. They include:

In-Room

  • Sanitization of high-touch areas using a high-grade disinfectant
  • Alcohol wipes provided in your amenities
  • Complimentary hand sanitizers by calling the housekeeping
  • Mandatory masks for our housekeeping associates

Dining Outlets

  • Assurance of food safety through our FSSC 22000 certification, a fully recognized by the Global Food Safety Initiative (GFSI) and is based on existing ISO Standards.
  • Sanitization of tables, chairs and condiment holders before seating guests
  • Use of mask and gloves by all associates when preparing meals and plating dishes
  • Alcohol wipes for guests’ use
  • Hand sanitizers for guests’ use

 

Check-in

  • Disinfection of key cards
  • Sanitization of counter and table surfaces
  • Sanitization of pens after every guest use
  • Mandatory masks for our front desk associates
  • Hand sanitizers for guests’ use
  • Apply appropriate social distancing
  • Acrylic partitions  placed at counter


Meeting & Events

  • Sanitization of high-touch areas using a high-grade disinfectant
  • Hand sanitizers for guests’ use
  • Offer venue layout that meet social distance guidlines
  • Mandatory masks and gloves (when neccessary) for our associates
  • Disinfection of microphones and equipments after every use
