At Hyatt Regency Seragaki Island Okinawa,  the safety and wellbeing of our guests and colleagues is always a top priority. and Following Hyatt’s new Global Care & Cleanliness Commitment,  we will continue to maintain our extensive hygiene and sanitation measures, including installation of hand disinfectant dispensers in key locations around the hotel, and cleaning our public spaces, restaurants and bars regularly with the recommended disinfectants.

"URIZUN" Ryukyu Japanese kaiseki will be offered at Shirakachi Japanese Cuisine.

Shirakachi Japanese cuisine, the specialty restaurant at Hyatt Regency Seragaki Island Okinawa, will be serving a Ryukyu Japanese kaiseki "URIZUN '' starting Saturday, March 5, 2022.

Shirakachi's Executive Chef Jun Kakazu, who is a certified Ryukyuan culinary master, has perfected this kaiseki course by combining traditional Okinawan food culture with his own ideas, and using seasonal ingredients not only locally but from all over Japan.

Inherited from Ryukyu cuisine registered as Japan Heritage, we hope you will enjoy this fusion of "ingredients", “vessels", and "techniques".
