Precautionary measures to COVID-19

The safety and wellbeing of our guests and colleagues is always a top priority. We continue to closely monitor the ongoing COVID-19 situation and follow guidance issued by the World Health Organization and local authorities. In light of the current situation, please be aware that our hotel has implemented the following proactive precautionary measures.

・We are temporarily closing our buffet offering at this time. Instead of a breakfast buffet at Serale on the 1st floor or at Regency Club Lounge, we will offer an American Breakfast set at Serale. Please ask your server for details and for alternative options on other buffet offering.

・Our associates have been given the liberty to wearing face masks as a preventive measure for your protection and theirs.

・We have installed ethanol disinfecting stations in our hotel lobbies, washrooms and other key locations around the hotel, and we are cleaning our facilities and equipment regularly with the recommended disinfectants.

・A body temperature check is required for entry.

In addition, we are also complying with the latest directives from the local authorities, which require us to communicate the following instructions to our guests:

・If you have symptoms such as fever or cough, or taking medicine including fever reducers or cough medicine, you are requested to contact the Front Desk for assistance to visit a medical institution.

・Guests are strongly encouraged to wash their hands with soap and running water, and to practice sanitary cough etiquette, which includes wearing a face mask, if they have symptoms of coughing or sneezing.

As the local authorities have requested us to communicate these instructions to all of our guests, we would greatly appreciate your cooperation. Thank you for your understanding and support in helping us to comply with the local authorities’ directives.
