Named after its locale, Seragaki, and the Italian word for sunset, the all-day dining restaurant Serale offers everything from a sumptuous breakfast to lunch and dinner. In the bright space fitted with an open kitchen and an outdoor terrace, enjoy a dining experience for every occasion unique to Seragaki.

Breakfast is one of the many joys of traveling. To kick start your day, we offer a wide variety of options every day including salad, eggs benedict, Okinawa soba, Okinawan local dishes, and US sirloin steak. At the live kitchen, the chef prepares breakfast favorites including popular French toast, omelets, and bone-in pork ham, all made to your liking right in front of you.

Serale is the place for delectable steaks grilled on a specialized 900°C broiler. Among the USDA prime cuts, Iowa prime beef has been carefully selected and Grilled at a high temperature to seal in the natural flavor of the meat, savor a classic sirloin steak or the T-bone steak for sharing.

Yuichi Yoshimoto

Born in Okinawa, Japan, Yuichi was inspired by the joy his cooking brought to his family when he was in high school and decided to embark on a journey to become a professional chef.

After graduating from culinary school, he began his career at Laguna Garden Hotel in Ginowan, Okinawa. He continued to gain experience at The Ritz-Carlton Okinawa and at an Italian restaurant within the prefecture before joining Hyatt Regency Seragaki Island Okinawa in 2018. He helped open all-day dining restaurant Serale as well as Cucina Serale, and was appointed Western Cuisine Chef in October 2021.
