FAQs

​Can we place food from the reception in the bride and groom’s room on the night of their stay?

Unfortunately, we are unable to do so due to hygiene regulations. Instead, the hotel can offer room service to the couple.

​Do you have a venue for civil weddings?

Yes. We conduct civil weddings at Pristine Chapel, Garden Chapel or Eternity. Please ask our staff about restrictions and details.

​Do you have a venue for an engagement ceremony?

Yes. You can plan an engagement ceremony in a banquet hall, or in the Tenkuh or Irodori. Please ask our staff for details.

​Do you have a baby-sitting service for the attendees?

Yes. We offer a baby-sitting service for a fee. Please ask our staff for details.

​Is there a room where the attendees can change their clothes?

Yes. They can use a change room and cloak area on the fifth floor of the hotel.

​Is the chapel faith Catholic or Protestant?

It is Protestant.

​How much does it cost to make a booking?

There is no charge for a tentative booking, but there is an application fee of ¥200,000 for the final booking charge.
