Hyatt Regency Osaka Achieves “GBAC STAR™ Facility Accreditation” for Implementation of Strict Infectious Disease Prevention Protocols

Adding to our measure, we are pleased to announce that Hyatt Regency Osaka has acquired GBAC STAR™ accreditation, certifying that our facilities meet the strict international safety and hygiene standards set by The Global Biorisk Advisory Council (GBAC).

We continue to be thorough taking counter infectious disease prevention measures and welcome you with the highest level of cleanliness as a place where you can spend your time with greater peace of mind.

What is GBAC STAR™ Certification?
The GBAC STAR Accreditation Program, developed by The Global Biorisk Advisory Council (GBAC), a division of International Sanitary Supply Association (ISSA), is a performance-based program designed to help facilities establish a comprehensive system of cleaning, disinfection, and infectious disease prevention for their staff and their building. The program relies on GBAC’s comprehensive training, which teaches the proper protocols, correct disinfection techniques, and cleaning best practices for biohazard situations like the novel coronavirus. Successful GBAC STAR facilities are able to demonstrate that correct work practices, procedures and systems are in place to prepare, respond, and recover from outbreaks and pandemics.

We offer you a special stay plan allows you to spend time with your lovely dog overseeing the stunning view of the Osaka bay area. Order a room service for your dog meal and you both can enjoy in the comfort of your guest rooms.
