Participation in the national “Go To Travel” Campaign (Japan Tourism Agency)

Hyatt Regency Osaka has been registered as an official hotel operator for the “Go To Travel” campaign of the Japan Tourism Agency.

Residents of Japan staying in the hotel any time after September 1 may be entitled to a subsidy from the Japan Tourism Agency’s “Go To Travel” campaign. Subject to your eligibility and the “Go To Travel” campaign terms and conditions applicable at the time of check-out, the ”Go To Travel” subsidy allowance amount will be deducted directly from your total bill at the time of check out. Please note that your stay may not be eligible if the GoTo Travel campaign has ceased or been suspended by Japan Tourism Agency. For further information regarding “Go To Travel” campaign, please kindly refer to “Go To Travel” Secretariat website (Japanese only).

Notice on Precautionary Measures

The safety and wellbeing of our guests and colleagues is always a top priority. 

We continue to closely monitor the ongoing COVID-19 situation and follow guidance issued by the World Health Organization and local authorities.

Hyatt Regency Osaka has implemented proactive precautionary measures including increasing sanitization of public areas, restaurants and bars and wearing facemasks, etc.

Information on the Accommodation Tax

The accommodation Tax will be applied to the hotel guests following the Osaka Prefecture’s guideline, effective 1st January 2017. 

Room fee* (Per person, per night) Tax amount
Under JPY10,000 Tax-free
Between JPY10,000 and JPY14,999  JPY100
*From 1st June 2019, between JPY7,000 and JPY14,999  JPY100
Between JPY15,000 and JPY19,999  JPY200
JPY20,000 or more  JPY300

*Note: 
The room fee refers only to lodging fees and applicable service fees, and does not include meal fees or the like.

The room fee includes the following:
- Lodging fees
- Service fees on said lodging fees

The following fees are not included in the room fee:
- Consumption tax etc.
- Fees for services other than accommodation
