  • Disinfection of locations with frequent contact
    (Doorknobs, Remote controls, Glasses, Switchs, etc.)
  • Providing alcohol wet sheet 
    (It is set in the room as room amenities) 
  • Be Paperless such as hotel information 
  • Changing all lines includes towels, sheets, and pillow cover 
    (In case you stay more than 2 consecutive nights, we would  change  linens per your request)

  • Disinfection of check-in counter, table, and key card.
  • Disinfection of writing instruments after each use
  • Installation of clear partitions at the check-in counter to prevent mutual splash infection with guests.

  • We have achieved ISO 22000 certification, a globally recognized,  comprehensive, independently audited food safety management  system. 
  • Limit the number of people entering the restaurant and secure a social distance
  • Sanitization of tables, chairs, condiment holders and menus 
  • Request to wear gloves to guests using buffet dining

 

Hyatt Regency Naha, Okinawa is supporting the reduction of plastic footprint and are preparing to reduce the usage of specific plastic items.
