Afternoon Tea at Living Room

Have a glamorous moment with a favorite tea. Our afternoon tea menu has changed, as we now offer a British-style afternoon tea that features our pastry chef’s original sweets, including scones. Choose a favorite from our great selection of Ronnefeldt teas and enjoy a glamorous afternoon moment amid the rich nature of Hakone.

Time: Noon – 3:30 PM

Venue: Living Room  

Price: ¥5,424 per person (with a glass of champagne)

           ¥4,294 per person (without champagne)

Our Policy on Children’s Stays at The Resort

Hyatt Regency Hakone Resort and Spa welcomes guests of all ages, including infants and small children. However, for the comfort of all who stay with us, we would like to remind those families visiting with children to be mindful of their little ones’ behavior in the hotel’s public spaces.

If you are with a child who cannot sit quietly at mealtimes, we ask that you consider room service instead. In addition, our complimentary offering of drinks in the Living Room each evening is a quiet, relaxing time. For those who find it difficult to attend with a small child, we would be pleased to deliver drinks to your room.

Family travel is an excellent opportunity to share many learning experiences with young children, including proper etiquette in public spaces. Please let us know if there is any way in which we may be of assistance in making your family’s stay more enjoyable. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

■Restaurant Etiquette

Although we do not have an age limit, when you are with a child who cannot sit down calmly during mealtimes, it would be appreciated if you would consider using Room Service.  We thank you for your understanding and cooperation in this matter.

■Lounge Etiquette

The complimentary drink service hours (from 4:00 pm to 7:00 pm) in the evening at Living Room are generally tranquil hours.  We are pleased to serve drinks in your room when you travel with a small child or it is difficult to come down to Living Room.  Please note that our Living Room is not available for children of infant-preschool after 9:00pm as our living room converts to bar lounge from 8:00pm at night. Please don't hesitate to ask if there's anything we can do for you.  We thank you for your understanding and cooperation in this matter.

■Onsen (Hot spring) Etiquette

Babies in nappies and infants are kindly requested not to get in the onsen tub.  We thank you for your understanding and cooperation in this matter.

■Spa Treatment Etiquette

Small ladies and gentlemen under 16 years of age are kindly requested not to use spa treatments.  We thank you for your understanding and cooperation in this matter.

About Staying & Lodging In A Dog-Friendly Room

Hyatt Regency Hakone Resort and Spa is pleased to offers "Dog- Friendly Rooms" with a high level of substantial equipment and service, you can enjoy your stay together with your pet dog.

 

Check-in 

After arrival at the hotel, our dedicated staff members are happy to offer dog grooming services such as a brushing, ear cleaning, nail cutting and anal gland care in the private check-in room.  When the dogs are ready, they will be shown to their room by way of a private direct access route.

 

Substantial Equipment and Special Facilities 

Dogs' private shower room and dryer are equipped at the entrance to the room and furthermore, our exquisite dog-friendly rooms offer authentic vegetable origin shampoo and brushing spray, wet tissues and pet sheets for your pet’s use.  You can enjoy a clean and comfortable stay with your lovely dog(s).

These spacious 72 - 92-square meter dog-friendly rooms are equipped with tiled floors and vinyl-covered leather couches, providing a comfortable, relaxing ambience and stay with your dog.  There’s no need to worry about dirt or furniture damage.

 

Special Service

We are delighted to offer quality room service for dogs.  In case you would like to go out without your dog, our dedicated staff members are happy to look after your dog free of charge during your stay, between 10 am and 7 pm. 

* Please note that an extra JP¥ 540 (tax inclusive) per hour charge will be added both before check-in and after check out to take up this service.

This is a skin-rescue menu for those suffering from skin dehydrated by ultraviolet rays and other skin troubles, including pimples. Using our purifying and soothing products, this treatment balances and, hydrates, giving the skin what it truly needs.

■Body Treatment Foot Retreat 60min ¥13,600

Recommended especially for those suffering from muscle fatigue, tired and swollen legs or for those who are simply looking to refresh their legs and feet. This leg treatment is based on Swedish massage including reflexology.

●Notice of The outer wall construction

Thank you for your patronage of Hyatt Regency Hakone Resort and Spa. 

The outer wall construction is taking place between 3 Sep. 2018 and 21 Dec. 2018.

During this period, the construction scaffolding and sheets will be set on the wall of the north side of the North building.

We sincerely apologize in advance for any inconveniences that may occur during this time, and we thank all of our guests for their understanding and cooperation.

Thank you for your patronage of Hyatt Regency Hakone Resort and Spa. We have been carrying out room renovations since January 2017.This time will be fourth phase of construction.

The tentative schedule of renovations is: 

  • North Wing Lobby floor – 3rd floor     total 25 rooms
  • Guestroom twin/ Mountain View twin rooms 

The room renovation construction will be taking place between  the beginning of November  November 2018 and the middle of December 2018.

During this period, the construction scaffolding and sheets will be set up on the North building. All the renovated rooms will be completely non-smoking rooms.
